Job summary

Exelon Corporation in Illinois seeks a Senior Scheduler to provide analytical schedule support for project managers and directors. You will develop status, baselines, and reports using Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools to keep programs on track.

You will build IMS views, manage resource loading, and deliver weekly or monthly status updates. Strong communication and multi-project coordination are essential in a fast-paced utility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-7 years related scheduling experience.
• Strong analytical skills and evaluation techniques.
• Experience using PC software and mainframe applications such as Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Project, and Asset Suite 8.
• Primavera P6 is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules to support Centrally Managed work and recover from missed milestones.
• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and portfolio views with resource loading.
• Develop and update standard schedule templates and adjust dates for dynamic needs.
• Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting to align schedule and cost.
• Interface with multiple departments and promote diversity and inclusion in scheduling processes.
• Ensure projects are statused, in service, and closed out in a timely manner.
