Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to administer and optimize the firm’s MarTech stack, aligning tools with business goals. You will work closely with Marketing, Business Development, IT, and operations to enable the firm's CRM, website, email marketing, analytics, and related platforms.

Responsibilities include system administration, user enablement, reporting, implementation support, and continuous improvement of marketing tech processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, or related tech.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related MD tech platforms.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support marketing technology stack.
• Manage day-to-day system maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting and testing.
• Coordinate upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and vendor improvements.
• Monitor platform performance and improve usability and efficiency.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Supervise a team of marketing technology admins and data stewards.
