Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to administer and optimize the firm’s MarTech stack, CRM, email marketing, and website tools. You will work with Marketing, IT, and Business Development teams to improve data quality, reporting, and user adoption.

The role partners with Transformation Office to implement new marketing technologies, enhance analytics, and drive digital marketing initiatives across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years supporting marketing technology, CRM, or marketing operations.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the MarTech stack and related platforms.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for marketing and business development.
• Support CRM and experience management platforms and data quality initiatives.
• Assist with website CMS updates and digital marketing tech.
• Participate in tool implementations, testing, and user adoption.
• Evaluate and pilot AI-enabled marketing tools and automation.
• Ensure compliance and data stewardship across platforms.
