Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to oversee the MarTech stack, CRM data quality, and digital marketing tools. You will partner with Marketing, IT, and Business Development to enable data-driven decisions and efficient workflows.

The role emphasizes system administration, user enablement, reporting, and ongoing optimization of the firm’s marketing technology platforms across multiple office locations, with hybrid or remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, or related tools.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related tech.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with attorneys, business professionals, vendors, and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the MarTech stack across the firm.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting and testing.
• Coordinate upgrades, integrations, and vendor improvements.
• Monitor platform performance and improve usability and efficiency.
• Maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Supervise a team of admins and data stewards/specialists.
• Support CRM and experience management platforms (InterAction, Foundation, etc.).
• Develop standard reports, dashboards, and analytics for marketing and BD teams.
• Collaborate on website CMS updates and digital marketing tech.
• Support SEO, accessibility, and user experience improvements.
