Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and adoption of the firm’s MarTech stack. You will collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, IT, and other teams to support CRM, website, analytics, and email marketing initiatives.

The role emphasizes system administration, user enablement, reporting, and continuous improvement of marketing technology tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, business development technology, or marketing operations.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related business development technologies.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with attorneys, business professionals, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the firm’s MarTech stack and related platforms.
• Manage day-to-day system maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting and testing.
• Coordinate upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and vendor-supported improvements.
• Monitor platform performance and improve usability and efficiency.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Supervise and direct a team of marketing technology administrators and data stewards/specialists.
• Support CRM, experience management, website, and analytics initiatives.
