Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Marketing Technology Manager to lead the firm’s MarTech stack, optimize digital marketing tools, and support attorneys and business professionals.

You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Business Development to administer CRM, website tech, analytics, and email campaigns, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.

The role includes AI-enabled marketing initiatives, tool implementations, and training to align with firm goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting marketing technology, CRM, or related tools.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related tech.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communications skills.
• Ability to work with attorneys, business professionals, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the firm’s MarTech stack and upgrades.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support marketing activities.
• Assist with website updates, CMS, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, accessibility, and user adoption across platforms.
• Lead training and promote adoption of new tools and features.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Business Development teams.
• Explore AI-enabled marketing tools and pilot implementations.
