Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to lead administration and optimization of the firm’s MarTech stack. You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Business Development to enable data-driven decisions and improve user adoption across CRM, website, and analytics platforms.

The role focuses on system administration, reporting, and ongoing improvements while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, or related tools.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related platforms.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the firm’s MarTech stack, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and testing.
• Support administration and optimization of CRM and experience management platforms; develop dashboards and analytics.
• Assist with website CMS updates, content publishing, and digital marketing tech support.
• Develop recurring reports and dashboards; translate data into actionable business insights.
• Participate in the implementation of new marketing technology tools and user adoption initiatives.
• Support AI-enabled marketing tools evaluation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across marketing technology platforms.
