Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to administer and optimize the firm’s MarTech stack, supporting CRM, email marketing, website, and analytics. You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Business Development to enable adoption, training, and data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes system administration, reporting, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to lead a team and implement AI-enabled marketing tools in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, or related tools.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related BD technologies.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attorneys, stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the firm’s MarTech stack and related platforms.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for marketing activities.
• Coordinate CRM, content, website updates, and email campaigns.
• Assist with AI-enabled marketing tools and automation initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance in marketing tech.
• Lead or supervise a team of marketing technology administrators.
