Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to administer and optimize the firm's MarTech stack, CRM, and digital marketing tools. This role partners with Marketing, IT, and Business Development to drive data-driven decision making and improve user adoption across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing technology roles, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to work with attorneys and professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, business development technology, or marketing operations.
• Experience administering CRM, email marketing, website, or related business development technologies.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with attorneys, business professionals, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Technology Administration: Administer and support the firm’s MarTech stack; manage day-to-day system maintenance and testing.
• CRM & Experience Management: Administer CRM and experience management platforms; develop reports and analytics.
• Website & Digital Marketing Technology: Administer website and CMS; monitor updates, SEO, accessibility, and user experience enhancements.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards; translate data into actionable recommendations for marketing programs.
• Technology Implementation & User Adoption: Participate in tool implementations; train users and create knowledge materials.
• AI & Emerging Technologies: Evaluate and implement AI-enabled marketing tools and automation opportunities.
• Compliance & Data Stewardship: Ensure data integrity and privacy; follow data management processes.
