Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Lead Marketing Technology Manager to optimize and evolve Marketing Automation, primarily Marketo, with strong Salesforce integrations. You will partner across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Product, Analytics, and vendors to drive automation, data quality and process standardization in a remote US-based role.

In this role you’ll own onboarding of new technologies, oversee integrations, ensure QA of campaigns, and improve data-driven marketing operations while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience with Marketo in enterprise environments.
• Strong Salesforce integrations experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale marketing automation programs.
• Ability to document processes and train staff.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Marketo and related marketing technologies.
• Manage integrations between Marketo and connected systems (Salesforce, Demandbase, Conversica, Knak, NeverBounce, ZoomInfo, OneTrust).
• Lead onboarding of new technologies and integrations, including security reviews and testing.
• Increase efficiency via project management improvements and change processes.
• Improve data quality, segmentation and customer experience across the stack.
• QA Marketo campaigns prior to deployment and support standardization efforts.
• Document knowledge sharing and stakeholder communications.
