Lumen is hiring a Lead Marketing Operations Manager remote in the United States to shape its marketing technology ecosystem and enable reliable, scalable campaign execution. You will lead Marketo administration and integrations across Salesforce, Demandbase, and more, driving data quality and customer experience.

Competenze

• 5–10 years with Marketo in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale marketing automation programs.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Experience managing multiple marketing tech integrations.
• Experience developing documentation, process maps, and training materials.
• Strong communication for technical concepts with nontechnical stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Administer and optimize Marketo and related marketing technologies for scalable campaigns.
• Own integrations strategy between Marketo and connected platforms (Salesforce, Demandbase, etc.).
• Lead onboarding of new marketing tech and integrations with security reviews and testing.
• Improve operational efficiency through project management and process optimization.
• Drive data quality, segmentation, and customer experience improvements across Martech.
• QA Marketo campaigns before deployment and establish standards for consistency.
• Maintain documentation and operational resources for knowledge sharing.
• Partner across departments to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
