Cypress HCM is seeking a Program Manager II to scale our Cloud Marketplace initiatives and serve as the bridge between Partner Sales Managers and back-end operations. The role supports US teams from the Bay Area and beyond, with some global overlap, focusing on deal execution and revenue outcomes.

You will own marketplace processes, collaborate with Legal, Finance and Order Management, and drive streamlined Salesforce workflows. Strong Excel, Power BI, and CRM experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in program management, sales operations, or deal support.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and deal lifecycle.
• Subject matter knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Marketplace programs (experience or strong familiarity).
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP) and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales Ops, and Order Management.
• Flexible to work US time zones and support occasional global overlap.

Responsabilidades

• Marketplace Deal Execution & Consulting: Act as subject matter expert on AWS and Microsoft Marketplace programs; partner with sales on pipeline and deal execution; validate deals (product eligibility, structure, compliance); provide consultative guidance on marketplace transactions; track submissions, approvals, and communicate decisions.
• Program & Team Support: Serve as primary liaison for marketplace questions and enablement; improve marketplace processes and Salesforce workflows; manage private offers and track contract timelines; prepare regular updates for sales and leadership.
• Cross-Functional Operations: Work with Legal, Credit, Sales Ops, Finance, Order Management, and others; align stakeholders and resolve blockers to drive deals forward; ensure compliance with internal policies and revenue guidelines.
• Business Analysis & Reporting: Analyze pipeline and marketplace performance to identify trends; build reports using Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics; maintain strong CRM data hygiene and support campaign tracking.
