Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for Business Transformation to shepherd a multi-quarter enterprise strategy initiative. The role sits client-side, coordinating between the strategy team, transformation office, consulting partner, and cross-functional stakeholders, while not directly managing others.

Working remotely but aligned to PST hours, you will maintain schedules, track commitments, surface misalignments early, and ensure leadership receives complete, decision-ready

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management, management consulting, or transformation delivery.
• Track record on complex, cross-functional programs with multi-workstream coordination.
• Stakeholder command and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Structured problem-solving with ability to connect strategy to execution.
• Governance fluency: schedules, RAID logs, executive materials for steering bodies.
• Service-oriented judgment; know when to push vs. commit.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the team's plan current: milestones, deliverables, and decision points aligned with the consulting partner's workplan.
• Track commitments across workstreams and drive to closure; raise deadlines at risk.
• Identify misalignment early and convene the right people to prevent rework.
• Oversee milestones and ensure leadership receives complete, decision-ready materials.
• Run the operating cadence: agendas, decisions, follow-ups, leadership updates.
• Maintain a live view of risks, blockers, and open decisions with recommended options.
• Coordinate across Strategy, Transformation Office, consulting partner, and Finance, Legal, Revenue Ops, and Product.
