Job summary

Healthcare.com is seeking a Program Manager, Marketplace Operations to own a portfolio spanning Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, and partner teams. You’ll bring structure, visibility, and accountability across workstreams, connect dependencies, and ensure priorities translate into action ahead of Medicare AEP and ACA OEP deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years leading cross-functional programs in a metrics-driven setting.
• Strong SQL skills to validate data and inform decisions.
• Proven ability to align teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and oral communication with executives.
• Experience with performance marketing, marketplaces, or adtech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Marketplace Operations project portfolio from planning through execution.
• Coordinate analytics, engineering, marketing, data science, and sales workstreams.
• Provide executive-ready status updates and maintain a single source of truth.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and surface risks before deadlines.
• Use data and dashboards to validate progress and guide decisions.
• Transition initiatives to day-to-day owners with clear ownership.
