Collectors is seeking an experienced Marketplace Operations Program Manager to oversee day-to-day functions and strategic projects across our marketplace and e-commerce initiatives. You will report to the Sr.

Manager, Marketplace, and work from Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ with on-site expectations near offices; remote or hybrid options are available for suitable candidates. The role requires 5+ years in marketplace/e-commerce operations or 3+ years in consulting, a generalist mindset, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketplace / e-commerce business operations, strategy, or program management.
• 3+ years of management consulting (alternative).
• Generalist approach with willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong internal sense of urgency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational functions key to the day-to-day running of the business.
• Enable scalable systems to replace manual processes and drive growth.
• Lead large-scale business transformation projects from start to finish.
• Partner with other teams to set up operational rigor and cadence.
• Manage bespoke billing and fulfillment programs for key accounts as needed.
• Leverage AI and other tools to automate processes where possible.
