UNITED METHODIST PUBLISHING HOUSE is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Specialist in Nashville, TN. You will own Data Cloud mechanics, identity resolution, segmentation, and ensure clean data flowing to Marketing Cloud activations.

The role sits at the IT-marketing intersection with strong focus on data quality and governance. Responsibilities include administering Marketing Cloud, coordinating data integrations, and supporting campaign activations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Data Cloud or similar.
• Experience collaborating with marketing or business teams on data‑driven initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the configuration and ongoing management of the Data Cloud data model, identity resolution, and segmentation.
• Oversees data quality governance and data flows between CRM, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Serves as IT point of contact for technical requests related to customer data and marketing tech ecosystem.
