CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join our Information Technology team. The role focuses on CRM and related marketing technologies, delivering improvements through hands-on analysis, configuration, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform, and a willingness to engage in partnerships across security, architecture, and

Competenze

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Mansioni

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys, Dataverse, and related marketing technologies.
• Manage assigned incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement tickets from intake through resolution.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend approaches in partnership with developers and solution architects.
• Configure and support Dataverse and model-driven applications, including tables, forms, views, dashboards, and flows.
• Maintain role-based security configurations and data privacy requirements.
• Support application lifecycle management activities across environments.
