CLA in Nashville is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join our Information Technology team. You will act as a subject-matter expert for our sales and marketing platforms, including Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and related tools, driving configurations, integrations, reporting, and user adoption.

You will manage incidents and improvements end-to-end, collaborate with security and architecture teams, and help optimize processes with low-code and pro-code approaches,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and related marketing tech.
• Manage incidents, requests, defects, and enhancements end-to-end with SLAs.
• Configure and support Dataverse and model-driven apps (tables, forms, views, dashboards).
• Maintain role-based security configurations and data privacy requirements.
• Support lifecycle management: solutions, environments, deployments across stages.
• Develop test scenarios and participate in system and integration testing.
• Monitor platform health, API usage, and service updates; coordinate remediation.
