Requirements include a four+ year background in marketing or sales operations, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business administration, data science, communications, or public relations with four or more years in marketing or sales operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in CRM applications, AI/tools, research tools, and bid procurement platforms.
• Understanding of RFQ/RFP processes and procurement procedures.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of synthesizing data for strategic pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant, comprehensive submittals (proposals/SOQs) at regional or corporate levels.
• Manage, edit, and produce proposals, SOQs, resumes, and marketing materials.
• Maintain opportunity tracking systems with accurate data and contacts.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify target clients and market sectors for bid coverage.
• Screen and distribute bid opportunities to senior staff; assist in pursuit plans.
• Research competitors, markets, and client organizations; provide intelligence for Go/No-Go.
• Prepare summaries and reports on pipelines, engagement metrics, and trends.
