Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in marketing, sales ops, business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps and CRM tools
• Knowledge of RFQ/RFP processes and procurement procedures
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to synthesize data for strategic pursuits

Responsibilities

• Manage the Region's procurement platform initiatives (identify platforms, register and maintain accounts, monitor solicitations)
• Maintain and update internal opportunity tracking systems with data, contacts, and pursuit status
• Partner with regional leadership to identify target clients and market sectors and ensure bid notification coverage
• Screen and distribute bid opportunities to senior staff
• Develop pursuit plans and client outreach ahead of RFP release
• Conduct competitor and market research; analyze current and prospective markets
• Research client organizations, regulatory drivers, and funding indicators
• Contribute to Go/No-Go decisions with relevant client intelligence
• Create internal reports on opportunity pipelines and engagement metrics
• Prepare summaries and reports on market trends and performance metrics
• Perform special projects as required
