Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. seeks a Marketing and Procurement Specialist to develop compliant proposals and SOQs, manage procurement platforms, and support regional pursuits across Columbia, MD, Washington D.C., or Pennington, NJ with potential for remote or hybrid work.

The role involves coordinating bids, researching markets, and delivering compelling materials to win profitable work while adhering to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in marketing, sales operations, business development, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM applications, AI tools, research tools, and bid procurement platforms.
• Understanding RFQ/RFP processes and public procurement procedures.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven for strategic pursuits and client engagement.

Responsabilités

• Manage the region’s procurement platform initiatives and maintain accounts.
• Update internal opportunity tracking with data, contacts, and status.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to target clients and market sectors.
• Distribute bid opportunities to senior staff for review.
• Develop pursuit plans and client outreach ahead of RFPs.
• Research competitors, markets, and regulatory drivers.
• Provide client intelligence for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Highlight performance metrics for proposals and marketing materials.
• Prepare summaries on pipelines and market trends.
• Perform special projects as required.
