Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Specialist to develop compliant, persuasive submittals in support of the North America West Region.

The role includes coordinating proposals, SOQs, resumes, and marketing collateral, with remote, hybrid, or in-office options. The successful candidate will manage schedules, edit content, and ensure deadlines while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across offices, including travel for on-site collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related discipline (required) with 4+ years in AEC/proposal environment.
• Progressive experience leading proposal teams on complex submissions (required).
• Strong command of MS Office and Adobe InDesign (required).
• Excellent planning, organizational, writing, and formatting skills (required).
• Ability to craft marketing materials and correspondence that enhance brand recognition (required).
• Ability to create effective presentations and respond to inquiries from clients (required).
• Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities (required).
• Adaptability to different communication styles; team-oriented and flexible (required).
• Conscientious and client-focused professional attitude (required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of proposal and SOQ preparation, including schedules, team communications, and final production.
• Lead development and formatting of proposal content to ensure compliance and client alignment.
• Maintain pursuit schedules and provide status updates to teams.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as presentations and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather content across SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams.
• Manage procurement portals and tracking for solicitations.
• Ensure timely and accurate proposal submission in digital and print formats.
• Archive and organize resumes, bios, project descriptions, and boilerplate text for future pursuits.
