Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Specialist in the Seattle area. You will coordinate proposal/SOQ preparation, lead content development, and maintain pursuit schedules across multiple offices and remote work options.

The role supports nationwide marketing and business development, requiring strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or equivalent.
• Progressive experience leading proposal teams and managing deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, and formatting for proposals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of proposal and SOQ preparation, including schedule tracking and production.
• Lead development and formatting of proposal content with client needs in mind.
• Maintain pursuit schedules and communicate status to teams.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as presentations and resumes.
• Archive and organize proposal materials; manage logs and debriefs.
• Support marketing campaigns and content updates with SMEs.
