Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. seeks a Marketing and Procurement Specialist to craft proposals and SOQs across multiple U.S. offices, including Atlanta, Kennesaw, Tampa, Jacksonville, Blue Bell, and Raleigh.

The role may be remote or hybrid at the Company's discretion. You will manage procurement platforms, coordinate pursuit plans, and provide client intelligence for targeted bids. The position requires a marketing/analytics focus, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and knowledge of RFQ/RFP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in marketing, sales ops, business development or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; familiarity with AI tools and bid platforms.
Understanding of RFQ/RFP processes and procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

Coordinate region-wide procurement platform initiatives and bid opportunities.
Maintain internal opportunity tracking with accuracy and status.
Collaborate with regional leaders to identify target clients and market sectors.
Distribute bid opportunities to appropriate directors and practitioners.
Assist in developing pursuit plans and client outreach before RFPs.
Research competitors, markets, and funding indicators for proposals.
Prepare summaries and reports on pipelines and market trends.
Support special projects and related marketing work.
