The role supports proposal development, SOQs, and marketing materials, with potential for remote or hybrid work at the company's discretion. Responsibilities include managing procurement platforms, tracking opportunities, market research, and client outreach to win profitable work while adhering to policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four+ years in marketing, sales ops, or BD.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in CRM, AI tools, research tools, and bid platforms.
• Understanding RFQ/RFP processes and procurement procedures.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage region's procurement platform initiatives and bid opportunities.
• Maintain internal opportunity tracking with accuracy.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to identify target clients/markets.
• Distribute bid opportunities to senior staff.
• Develop pursuit plans and client outreach before RFPs.
• Research competitors, markets, and corporate experience.
• Analyze client organizations, regulatory drivers, funding indicators.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions with client intelligence.
• Create internal reports on pipelines and trends.
• Handle special projects as required.
