The role involves managing submissions, maintenance of opportunity trackers, and collaboration with regional leaders to target clients and markets. Strong MS Office, CRM, AI tools, and procurement knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, business administration, data science, communications, or public relations with at least four years of progressive professional experience in marketing, sales operations, business development.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Proficiency with CRM applications, AI tools, research tools, and bid procurement platforms.
• Understanding of RFQ/RFP processes and procurement procedures at federal, state, and local levels.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to synthesize data for strategic pursuits and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Region's procurement platform initiatives (identify platforms, register and maintain accounts, select appropriate categories, monitor details, coordinate with staff for go/no-go bid opportunities).
• Maintain and update internal opportunity tracking systems with data, contacts, and pursuit status.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify target clients and market sectors and ensure bid notification coverage.
