Job summary

Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes, data, and technologies powering our marketing engine. You will oversee HubSpot, marketing automation, data governance, and AI-enabled workflows in a fully remote role across the United States.

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, you will build dashboards, drive lifecycle programs, lead governance, and improve campaign effectiveness while scaling demand

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
4–6 years in marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or related field.
Hands-on HubSpot administration including workflows, lifecycle management, reporting, attribution.
Experience with governance, data quality, and audience segmentation.

Responsibilities

Own HubSpot administration, workflows, and lifecycle management.
Design and optimize marketing automation and nurture programs.
Lead lead routing, qualification, and handoff processes to sales teams.
Develop governance standards, data quality initiatives, and documentation.
Build dashboards and reporting for campaign and funnel performance.
Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to scale programs.
