Job summary

Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own HubSpot, marketing automation, data governance, and the marketing tech stack. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops, and Customer Success to drive efficient demand programs, lifecycle management, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will build dashboards, ensure data quality, and support campaigns, events, webinars, product launches, and partnerships. A strong analytical mindset and hands-on HubSpot skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or related field.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, lifecycle, and reporting.
• Experience in marketing automation and revenue operations.
• Strong data governance, segmentation, and compliance awareness.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer HubSpot, ensure data integrity and governance.
• Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead journeys.
• Manage lead routing, qualification, and handoff to sales teams.
• Develop and enforce governance standards and best practices across tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate and apply AI to campaign execution.
