Job summary

Avolve Software Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, data, and processes that power our marketing engine, including HubSpot, marketing automation, and analytics.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate across teams to design scalable workflows, govern data, support campaigns, events, and product launches, and drive measurable improvements with AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring, reporting, segmentation, marketing automation, and attribution.
• Strong understanding of lead management, funnel architecture, database governance, data quality, compliance, and marketing performance measurement.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights for marketing leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing marketing technology platforms, integrations, vendors, operational workflows, and project management systems such as Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to support research, analysis, workflow automation, content development, and productivity while applying appropriate governance and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrator and power user for HubSpot and lead the design, build, and optimization of marketing automation workflows, nurture programs, lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and customer journeys.
• Own and optimize lead routing, qualification, and handoff processes to ensure marketing-generated leads are delivered accurately and actionable by ADR, BDR, and Sales teams.
• Maintain marketing technology systems and ensure integrations are functioning properly.
• Develop governance standards, naming conventions, documentation, and operational best practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve marketing efficiency using AI-enabled automation.
