Job summary

Avolve Software Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, data, and processes that power our marketing engine. You will lead HubSpot administration, marketing automation, and lifecycle strategies while driving governance and AI-enabled efficiency across demand generation, events, and product launches.

Reporting to Marketing leadership, you will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to scale campaigns, build dashboards, and improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 4–6 years in marketing operations
• Hands-on HubSpot administration, workflows, lifecycle management, and reporting
• Experience with marketing automation, attribution, and demand-gen
• Strong data governance, segmentation, and compliance understanding
• Proven ability to build dashboards and deliver actionable insights for leadership
• Experience with GovTech, public-sector software, or complex B2B SaaS is a plus
• HubSpot certification preferred or to be completed after hire

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot as the primary admin and ensure platform governance
• Design and optimize marketing automation workflows, nurtures, and lifecycle stages
• Manage lead routing, qualification, and handoffs to ADR, BDR, and Sales
• Maintain marketing tech stack and integrations, ensure data quality
• Develop governance standards, naming conventions, and SOPs
• Lead AI-enabled automation to improve campaign execution and efficiency
• Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing and Partner Marketing
• Operationalize campaigns and go-to-market programs with AI-assisted workflows
• Tag, track, and measure campaigns with QA standards
• Support webinars, events, product launches, and customer marketing initiatives
• Manage Asana workflows, templates, intake processes, and roadmaps
• Govern MarTech strategy, integrations, and vendor relationships
• Train Sales, ADRs, and BDRs on HubSpot and reporting
