Job summary

Avolve is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, data, technologies, and processes powering our marketing engine. You will drive HubSpot administration, AI-enabled workflows, data governance, and marketing campaign operations across teams, enabling scalable, measurable programs.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to deliver high-impact campaigns, analytics, and governance while advancing our

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering HubSpot and marketing automation workflows.
Experience with lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle management.
Knowledge of data governance and privacy/compliance.
Experience with govtech or public-sector software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own HubSpot platform and implement marketing automation workflows.
Operate campaigns, assets, and reporting with AI-assisted workflows.
Maintain data governance and segmentation for campaigns.
Build dashboards and deliver insights for leadership.
Lead marketing projects using Asana and optimize processes.
