Job summary

Avolve is leading the charge in electronic plan review and marketing operations. We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, data, and technology backbone that power our marketing engine.

You will drive HubSpot administration, automation, approval workflows, data governance, and AI-enabled workflows to scale demand generation across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot with workflows, lifecycle management, reporting, and attribution.
• Experience managing marketing technology platforms, integrations, and project management systems (e.g., Asana).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting demand generation, webinars, events, product launches, and partner marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot and marketing automation workflows.
• Design, build, and optimize lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle programs.
• Maintain marketing tech systems and ensure integrations are functioning.
• Develop governance standards, naming conventions, documentation, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and leverage AI to improve campaign execution.
• Support campaigns, webinars, events, and go-to-market initiatives with operational execution.
