Avolve Software Group is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize HubSpot, data governance, and marketing workflows in a fully remote US role. You will own campaign operations, lead lifecycle, and AI-enabled processes, partnering across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Ops to scale programs.

The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and process excellence to drive marketing contribution while supporting demand gen, webinars, events, product launches, and partner campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring, reporting.
• Strong understanding of lead management, funnel architecture, data quality, compliance, and marketing performance measurement.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights for marketing leadership.
• Experience managing marketing technology platforms, integrations, vendors, workflows such as Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
• GovTech/public-sector SaaS experience preferred.
• HubSpot certification preferred or to be completed after hire.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary owner and administrator of HubSpot.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows, nurture programs, lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and customer journeys.
• Own and optimize lead routing, qualification, and handoff to ADR/BDR/Sales teams.
• Maintain marketing technology systems and ensure integrations function properly.
• Develop governance standards, naming conventions, and operational best practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI-enabled automation.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Customer Marketing, and Partner Marketing to operationalize campaigns with AI-assisted workflows.
• Review and deploy campaign assets (emails, workflows, landing pages, forms, lists) and reporting.
• Ensure campaigns are tagged, tracked, measured, documented, and QA'd.
• Build dashboards for campaign, funnel, and engagement reporting.
