Avolve Software Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, data, and processes powering our marketing engine. You will lead HubSpot administration, automation workflows, and governance across demand generation, events, and product launches, enabling AI-enabled workflows and scalable programs.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the role partners with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to drive data-driven decisions and marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years in marketing operations, automation, or revenue operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration experience incl. workflows, lifecycle, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of lead management, funnel architecture, and data governance.
• Experience building dashboards and actionable marketing insights for leadership.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and governance for responsible use.

Responsabilités

• Own HubSpot as primary administrator and platform owner.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead lifecycle.
• Lead routing, qualification, and handoff to ADR/BDR and Sales teams.
• Maintain martech systems and integrations; enforce governance standards.
• Develop segmentation strategies to improve targeting and performance.
• Collaborate across teams to operationalize campaigns and go-to-market programs.
• Provide analytics, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
• Train and support teams on HubSpot, workflows, and reporting.
• Document SOPs, governance, and best practices.
