Job summary

First American is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own data integrity, governance, and performance reporting across CRM, MAP, and analytics platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or data-driven marketing roles.
• Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent.
• Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign QA.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Strong attention to detail, with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach direct report(s), ensuring clarity of goals, accountability, and professional growth.
• Unify marketing data across disparate systems into a single, trusted view.
• Own campaign tracking architecture, UTM governance, and attribution setup.
• Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
• Lead experiment design and incrementality measurement across campaigns.
• Establish data quality standards and governance for routing, QA, and reporting.
