Job summary

First American is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own data integrity, reporting, and governance across CRM, MAP, paid media, and analytics. You will unify data into a single trusted view to drive decision-making and scale the CoE's impact.

You will lead a team, develop scalable processes, and partner with IT, Analytics, and divisional teams to ensure accurate data pipelines, dashboards, and KPI visibility for daily operations and executive insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field related to marketing/analytics preferred.
• 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or data-driven marketing roles.
• Experience managing and developing operational/technical talent; strong data governance and QA skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a marketing operations team to meet goals and growth.
• Unify marketing data across CRM, MAP, paid media, and analytics into a single, trusted view.
• Partner with IT, Analytics, and divisional teams to ensure data pipelines are accurate and accessible.
• Own campaign tracking architecture, UTM governance, and attribution setup.
• Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
• Establish data quality standards and governance processes; drive scalable improvements.
