Job summary

First American is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the integrity of marketing data, systems, and performance measurement. You will lead a team and unify data across CRM, MAP, paid media, and analytics into a trusted, single view to enable decision making.

You will establish data governance, QA, and attribution practices, collaborating with IT, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable processes and clear performance readouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles.
• Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent.
• Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign QA.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Strong attention to detail, with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor.
• Collaborative leader who can partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership & team development with clear goals, accountability, and growth.
• Unify marketing data across CRM, MAP, paid media, and analytics into a single view.
• Partner with IT, Analytics, and divisional teams to ensure data pipelines are accurate and accessible.
• Own campaign tracking architecture, UTM governance, and attribution setup.
• Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
• Lead experiment design and incrementality measurement across campaigns.
• Establish data quality standards and governance frameworks.
