Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 7+ years in marketing operations or data-driven marketing roles.
• Experience managing operational or technical talent.
• Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign QA.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Collaborative leader who partners across marketing, analytics, and technology.

Responsabilités

• Lead leadership & team development for direct report(s).
• Unify marketing data across disparate systems into a single view.
• Own campaign tracking architecture, UTM governance, and attribution setup.
• Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline.
• Ensure timely reporting for daily operations and executive insights.
• Establish data governance and quality standards across marketing activities.
