First American is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own data integrity, measurement, and governance across CRM, MAP, and analytics platforms. You will unify data into a single view to drive confident decision making and scalable marketing programs.

As a people leader, you will coach talent, build scalable processes, and partner with IT, Analytics, and divisional teams to deliver dashboards, attribution, and governance that enable precise spend and pipeline insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles.
• Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent.
• Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign QA.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy and operational rigor.
• Collaborative leader able to partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Leadership & Team Development by coaching direct report(s) and building scalable processes.
• Unify marketing data across CRM, MAP, paid media, and analytics into a single view.
• Own campaign tracking architecture, UTM governance, and attribution setup.
• Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contributions; deliver actionable readouts.
• Lead experiments and incrementality; ensure tests are properly instrumented and trustworthy.
• Establish data quality standards and governance frameworks across performance marketing.
