Job summary

Blackthorn.io is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Apollo, and related apps. You will build automation, dashboards, and data flows that improve lead management and marketing ROI.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps to ensure seamless integrations, accurate attribution, and scalable campaigns in a remote-first, global team.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and optimizing marketing tech stacks in B2B environments.
• Strong grasp of data quality, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and report marketing ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Apollo).
• Maintain integrations across marketing, sales, and RevOps systems.
• Build and improve automations for lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
