Job summary

Blackthorn.io is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and related tools. You will ensure seamless integrations across marketing, sales, and RevOps, build automation workflows, and deliver dashboards that measure campaign performance and ROI.

The role requires hands-on experience with MCP, AI tooling, Github operations, and strong collaboration across teams. Remote-friendly with US-centric eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations.
• Hands-on with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs and data flows.
• Ability to own technical projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo).
• Maintain and optimize integrations across marketing, sales, and RevOps systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues across marketing systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps to improve lead management.
