Job summary

Blackthorn is seeking a highly technical Marketing Operations Engineer to own the systems powering our marketing engine. You’ll integrate Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other tools, automate workflows, and deliver reliable performance reporting.

You’ll work remotely with a global team, balancing hands-on technical work with collaboration across marketing, sales, and RevOps, driving data accuracy and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in MCP, AI-tooling, GitHub operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.
• Experience managing websites, landing pages, forms, and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing technology stack including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revenue ops.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows and lead routing.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms with AI and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports for campaign performance and marketing ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and revops to improve lead management.
