Job summary

Blackthorn is seeking a highly technical Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and automation platforms. You will build integrations, dashboards, and scalable processes that connect marketing, sales, and revenue operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, AI tooling, and no-code solutions to improve campaign execution and attribution. Remote-friendly with US-based applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar technical role.
• Demonstrates significant experience with MCP, AI-tooling, Github operations, and self-reliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage our marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Qualified, Apollo, aspects of the website, and any other app that touches Marketing.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops teams to improve lead management and conversion rates.
