Job summary

Blackthorn is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the marketing tech stack, integrating Salesforce, Pardot, Qualified, Apollo, and CMS components. You will build automation, dashboards, and robust data workflows that enable scalable marketing and accurate attribution.

The role combines marketing, sales, and revenue operations, with a focus on AI-powered tooling, data quality, and seamless system integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar technical role.
• Demonstrates significant experience with MCP, AI-tooling, GitHub operations, and self-reliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage our marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Qualified, Apollo, aspects of the website, and any other app that touches Marketing.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops teams to improve lead management and conversion rates.
