Blackthorn.io is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the marketing engine across systems, tools, and processes. You’ll drive automation, reporting, and data quality in a highly technical, hands-on role.

You will manage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Qualified, Apollo, and other marketing touchpoints, building scalable workflows and dashboards while collaborating with marketing, sales, and revops teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B marketing operations and marketing technology.
• Significant experience with MCP, AI tooling, and self-reliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and similar tools.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage our marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Qualified, Apollo, aspects of the website, and any other app that touches Marketing.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops teams to improve lead management and conversion rates.
