Dodge Construction Network is seeking a strategic Marketing Operations Analyst to unlock data-driven decision making and enable scalable growth. You will partner with marketing, sales, and IT to optimize demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance in a remote, home-office role.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in marketing operations, hands-on experience with Pardot and WordPress, and strong analytics skills using GA4, GTM, and BI tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
• 4+ years in marketing operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Pardot and WordPress for campaigns and site updates.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Unbounce, Ongage, Eventbrite, and BI tools.

• Partner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and alignment across systems.
• Build dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics by ensuring data integrity and visibility across platforms.
• Develop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management.
• Collaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to enable lead routing, segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testing.
• Monitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps—owning troubleshooting and QA.
