Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to enable data-driven decision making across marketing, sales, and IT. You will optimize demand gen, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance, delivering clean data, accurate tracking, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

4+ years in marketing operations or related roles.
Experience with Pardot/Account Engagement for marketing automation and lifecycle tracking.
Proficiency with WordPress CMS and various marketing analytics tools (GA4, GTM).

Responsibilities

Partner with marketing, sales, and IT to ensure clean data and accurate tracking.
Build dashboards and reports to inform marketing analytics and performance.
Develop processes and governance for campaign execution and lead management.
Support lead routing, scoring, attribution, and campaign analytics.
Monitor platform performance, identify gaps, and assist with QA.
