Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to enable data-driven decision making and scalable growth. You will optimize campaign execution, attribution, and lead management while collaborating with marketing, sales, and IT. This full-time role reports to the Sr.

Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics. The position is remote (continental US preferred, ET hours favored). Requires a 4+ year track record in marketing operations and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations or related roles.
• Hands-on with Pardot/account engagement for automation and lifecycle tracking.
• Proficiency with WordPress CMS and multiple marketing tools listed.
• Familiarity with tagging, UTM tracking, GA4 and GTM.
• Experience supporting lead routing, scoring, attribution, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and sales to ensure clean data and accurate tracking.
• Build dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics across platforms.
• Develop processes, workflows, and governance for campaigns and lead management.
• Collaborate to enable lead routing, segmentation, scoring, and A/B testing.
• Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and drive QA improvements.
