Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Analyst to unlock data-driven decision making, optimize demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance. You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and IT to analyze and optimize the processes that power our demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance.

This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Pardot for marketing automation, nurture flows, and lifecycle tracking.
• Proficiency with WordPress CMS, GA4, GTM, Unbounce, Ongage, Eventbrite, ON24, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Hive.
• Familiarity with tagging, tracking, UTM frameworks, and GA4/Google Tag Manager.
• Experience supporting lead routing, lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and campaign analytics.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate marketing needs into system solutions.
• Clear communicator able to train others and partner cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and alignment across systems.
• Build dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics with data integrity and visibility.
• Develop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management.
• Collaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to enable lead routing, segmentation, scoring, and A/B testing.
• Monitor platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps—owning troubleshooting and QA.
