Job summary

First American, a long-established company in the United States, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager in Austin to lead the Performance Marketing CoE. You will own data integration, measurement, and governance, unifying data across CRM, MAP, paid media, and analytics tools.

You will coach a team of professionals, build scalable reporting, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize marketing investment and growth. This role emphasizes accountability and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles.
• Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent.
• Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign QA.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Strong attention to detail, with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor.
• Collaborative leader who can partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach direct report(s) to drive clear goals, accountability and growth.
• Unify marketing data across systems to a single trusted view.
• Own campaign tracking architecture, UTM governance and attribution setup.
• Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
• Lead experiment design and incrementality measurement across campaigns.
• Establish data quality standards and governance frameworks.
• Partner with IT, Analytics, and divisional teams to ensure integrations and pipelines.
• Utilize tools and platforms to support governance and reporting.
